You might remember that we had the wood box set up so we can load it externally. It’s working really well and we’re happy that we persevered with the idea. The hearth is steel and sits flush with the timber floor. Part of the skirting board is also steel to comply with the non combustible material requirement.

We are very happy with the performance of our two new heaters. The Lopi gas fireplace is extremely efficient, creating warmth throughout our large apartment. The electric ambience heater creates just that with enough heat output to warm our smaller living area. Installation of these heaters was managed professionally. Your business took ownership of the installation process and made sure we were completely satisfied with the appearance and operation of the heaters.
